What is the dress code?

Welcome Drinks: Cocktail Attire

Please note that portions of the celebration will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to allow time to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a guest?

Please refer to your invitation for details on your plus-one.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children of the family & wedding party.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes. Transportation will be provided for guests staying at or meeting at Montage Healdsburg. Shuttles will run to and from all wedding events throughout the evening.

What is the best airport to fly into?

The closest airport is Santa Rosa Airport (STS), located approximately 20 minutes from Montage Healdsburg.

From Southern California, Alaska Airlines and Southwest offer convenient nonstop flights from Los Angeles (LAX) and Burbank (BUR), with Alaska also serving as the primary option from John Wayne Airport (SNA).

Other nearby options include:
Napa County Airport (APC) - about 1 hour
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - about 1.5 hours
Oakland International Airport (OAK) - about 1.5–2 hours

Should I rent a car or is transportation easily accessible in the area?

Renting a car is optional. Healdsburg is a small town, so if you plan to explore the area, go wine tasting, or visit nearby towns on your own, having a car can be convenient. Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are also available, though wait times can be longer on weekends or evenings. For wedding events, transportation will be provided where needed, so a car isn’t required to attend the celebration itself.
